Huntington Democrats extend congratulations to Sherry Pavone for recognition by Eleanor's Legacy as a Long Island Womxn Making a Difference. We look forward to many more years of your leadership.
Word has it, Supervisor Lupinacci will be appointing more unqualified friends and political allies to taxpayer funded positions at today's 2:00 pm Town Board Meeting.
Kathleen Cleary discusses canvassing for Elizabeth Warren signatures, as Eric Gemunder waits to discuss Bernie Sanders signatures at yesterday's HTDC Presidential Petitioning Night. Thanks Tim Swanson for organizing!
Tim Swanson's note about tomorrow's meeting. Delegates for any Dem candidate should attend and contact Tim. "Our presidential petitioning night is ecumenical. We welcome petitions from all Democratic presidential candidates. CD delegate names needed. ALL DEMOCRATS ARE WELCOME."

Huntington Democrats revved up for the holiday season and the 2020 election yesterday at the American Legion hall in Halesite. A toy drive and cake made for camaraderie and good cheer!
Thanks to everyone who helped elect Democrats this election. Because of you, we returned Joan Cergol and Jillian Guthman to Town Hall. Kathleen Cleary and Simon Saks lost, but they added to a vigorous debate and made our overall effort more robust. Democrats - stronger than ever!
"Simon Saks is a smart, innovative and well qualified public servant. Knowing him for over 30 years I am confident he will be an outstanding Town Clerk." NY State Sen Jim Gaughran
Democracy in Action is not a hit rock band from Long Island. And this isn't their new album cover. Even better!! These are candidates for Huntington offices meeting voters at the train station in Huntington this morning. They are lit!*
*"Lit" means "very good."
