HI there, I have shipped a parcel which says it was delivered on 11 December yet customer says they haven't received it.

I tried to raise a case, but can't as need to wait 10 days, yet surely if it says delivered it has been lost.

Hello @morrisons I heard today that your own brand soya milk is not suitable for vegans as the vitamin D3 it contains comes from lanolin (sheep wool). Is that correct, I expect many vegans have been drinking it unaware. Most soya milk is vegan in UK. Thanks #vegan
