@Dust_Vikings If a team was willing to give up a lot for him I’d do it, but I don’t think any will be. He has too many off field issues for a team to give up significant trade compensation, so in my eyes you see if he’ll take a team friendly extension early

@VikesCentral To me this is predicated entirely on whether he demands a trade to Minnesota. If we have to bid, the price would be so steep we’d just be like the bengals. But if he forces their hand and we get him for a first, few other high picks and a couple players it’s a no brainer

@Jtre_88 I agree, JJ hasn’t been good enough, but KOC hasn’t shown enough ability to get young guys confidence. With Cousins and Darnold those guys were veterans, needs to be agile with the play calling and treat JJ like he’s 22 in his second game

Given the rocky preseason results, I like the move bringing in Carson Wentz. He’s got high leverage experience and can give advice to a high draft pick JJ on how to handle the pressure of big early expectations. QB room of McCarthy, Wentz and Brosmer seems ideal #skol

I think he has a really good year. Not exactly MVP consideration, but fringe pro bowl and top ten in the NFL worthy. Which as a Vikings fan I’ll sign up for in a heartbeat

He’s offensive player of the year last year, Herbert has had three playoff caliber opportunities and was his worst in all three. Jets should at least be third if you want to give the QB bump to Burrow and Hurts #skol
