I remember when it was cringe for designers here to post their work

Some people were subtly castigating those creating content with their work.

Some people were not posting, they were busy being umpire and judge or the designs people were posting. For Free.

I even remember @Tegadesigns telling me how it sometimes get to her when people pile on her. I thank God she is a stubborn person because I told her, POST YOUR WORK. The critics can go to hell. Post your work. Block them if necessary and move on

You people think this is SS3 where everything is about being right and satisfying your ego

This is real life. Lekki Rent is 5 million. Maitaima rent is 15 million a year. To Japa is nothing below 35 million. Plus some people have siblings and parents to handle.

I always asked my mentees one question anytime they are scared of posting.

I ask them "the apps you use everyday in your life, are they extra special in terms of UI?"

They say no. Then I tell them, focus on motion. Your hand go good as the motion dey flow. You don't have to be special. Special is a lie. Nobody is . Just fxxxkn work and put yourself out more than others

It's funny to see that some of the backlashers have seen that backlashing does not get you gigs or opportunities. It only gets you recognition as a backlasher. That's all.

So now,some of them have started posting and doing the same content they bashed people for.
