UN investigative bodies, commissions, and human-rights organisation’s, then yes—several have concluded that Israel's actions in Gaza constitute genocide, including a UN Commission of Inquiry in 2025, Amnesty International, B'Tselem, and Physicians for Human Rights Israel have also found Israel to have and still continue to commit a genocide!

The case brought by South Africa against Israel is still before the International Court of Justice (ICJ). The ICJ has issued provisional measures ordering Israel to take steps to prevent genocide and allow humanitarian aid, but it has not yet delivered a final judgment on whether genocide has occurred.

So cases are still pending- South Africa being the first to lodge against Israel.
