In July, there is an additional evening session for ALL student-athletes that will run from 5:30-6:30 pm. If able, please attend morning sessions to train with your teammates! #HHRF
A Cheat Sheet for Helping Your Kid Gain 10 lbs. in 10 weeks:
🛒Double up on protein (2x chicken breasts, double deli turkey on sandwiches)
🛒Add avocado, peanut butter, hummus to wraps and bagels.
🛒Chocolate milk at meals (extra carbs, protein, and minerals for muscle and bone)
🛒Daily smoothie or hard-boiled eggs at breakfast
If you add 500 kcal daily consistently for 10 weeks you will gain 10 lbs. because you're eating more than you are now. It is simple math and it works when you do the work‼️
