On top of that the fitness certificate of the truck was expired even tho it is a prominent contractor of the area....

Apparently this is something common around the area and his truck causes a lot accidents wich are just covered up with a few thousand rupees. I don't feel comfortable giving his name yet.

The people from the showroom who assessed the damages said this was something common from this contractor. His truck keeps on causing accidents and he pays it off with just 10k and done. Can't name him yet

As of now the matter is not resolved FIR is being filled but we have not yet received confirmation of that from the outpost. And the truck owner is being uncooperative hence the truck will be held on bail.

Update: FIR has been lodged finally thanks to police cooperation. Explained to us that it took longer due to other important tasks. Feeling relieved and hoping that case is followed through strictly. No one should be above the law and counting on @assampolice to prove it.
