@passiveincgeek My Pinterest account got hit, dropping from 1.5K daily clicks to 0.
Should I keep the old account active in hopes of recovery, while starting new Pinterest accounts with unclaimed websites and using them to send traffic to my old website?
@lolalallou This should help diversify my traffic sources. Meanwhile, I’ll keep publishing on the main account and hope it gets recovered.
If the main account comes back, that would be a huge plus. But even if it doesn’t, the 6 smaller accounts could still help generate some traffic. 2/2
@lolalallou My account has been taken down too.
My website is in the fashion niche with 6 main categories, so I’m planning to create a separate Pinterest account for each category—6 accounts in total. Each account will drive traffic to the same main website. 1/2
@IntrovertGeekUK Do you run multiple Pinterest accounts from the same computer? That might be causing the issue. In 2024, I had three accounts shut down because I was running them from the same laptop and internet connection. I’m just guessing, though.
@IntrovertGeekUK Pinterest is basically forcing everyone to become spammy. I've been following Pinterest's guidelines for years, and my account was affected too. I'm getting zero impressions and clicks now. Honestly, I think the time has come to play the game differently. I'm planning to go hard
@ahmednabik Excellent work, Ahmad. I received an email as a beta tester. However, I am unable to sign up. The screen gets stuck. I tried using both continue with email and proper filling out of name, password, etc. Nothing worked.
