Most recently, he was a candidate for Chair of the Democratic National Committee in 2025.
In Episode 72, CJ and Tanner are joined by John Hnat and Chris Wolf. John Hnat serves as the 1st Vice President of the Suffolk County PBA and is Vice-Chair of the Suffolk County Deferred Compensation Plan Committee. Chris Wolf serves as the Legislative Director of the Suffolk PBA. They join the show to discuss the recent legislative improvements to New York State's Tier 5 and Tier 6 pension systems and the impact these changes will have on public employees.
In Episode 73, CJ and Tanner are joined by Daniel Moloney Jr. and Danielle Moloney-Hassett. Dan has proudly served as Owner and President of Moloney Family Funeral Homes for nearly 25 years, while Danielle serves as Vice President and is a Licensed Funeral Director. Founded in 1933, Moloney Family Funeral Homes has remained family-owned and operated for more than nine decades. Over the years, the business has grown to seven locations, becoming one of the region's most respected family funeral service providers.
The Suffolk County PBA mourns the tragic loss of Sergeant Scott Ries of the Rittman Police Department, who was shot and killed while responding to a shots-fired call in Rittman, Ohio.
Sergeant Ries and fellow responding officers were immediately met with gunfire upon arrival. Four Medina County Sheriff’s deputies and a Wayne County Sheriff’s Office K-9 were also struck.
We extend our deepest condolences to Sergeant Ries’ family, loved ones, fellow officers, and the entire Rittman community. His service and sacrifice will never be forgotten.
Yet another example of a law enforcement officer almost assassinated simply for wearing a badge. The anti-police movement and the sick people that push it continue to foster violence against us.
We stand with @NYCPDDEA and we pray their member recovers.

The scene from the Mall during tonight’s candlelight vigil remembering fallen police officers… honored to be here reading some of the names of our fallen heroes. Thanks to all who braved the rain to show up and pay tribute to law enforcement who showed up for us and paid the ultimate sacrifice.
Joe Rogan: "They'll pretend that Hillary Clinton didn't do multiple speeches where she said that the election was stolen, Russia stole the election, with no evidence. But when [Trump] questions the election, it's a threat to democracy."
Police Officers across our nation are under attack. They’re being doxxed, threatened, and harassed — and worse, their families are being targeted too.
The Suffolk PBA and UCOPS are calling on Congress to pass a national HALO law that would require agitators to back up or get locked up.
@SuffolkPBA / @UnitedCops President Lou Civello is proud to bring this issue to our nation’s top leaders, including House Majority Leader @SteveScalise.

Congratulations to all the award winners and thank NAPO for shinning a light on these brave officers.

Today, the PBA attended the annual Suffolk County Police Memorial Service, honoring 30 members who died in the line of duty and emphasizing the importance of remembering their sacrifices and supporting their families. May they rest in eternal peace.
Great job by Suffolk County District Attorney @RayTierneyDA who joined Fox & Friends to discuss the ongoing debate surrounding ICE limitations in New York and the impact these policies have on public safety.
The Suffolk County PBA remains committed to supporting the laws, resources, and partnerships needed to keep our communities safe and protect the men and women of law enforcement.

Today was a great day at police headquarters for the annual SCPD Family Day. It’s always nice for our loved ones to get a personal view of what our amazing officers do each day. We hope all the families who came down enjoyed themselves. To our officers, thank you for all you do, and for always making coming home to your family your number one priority.
Devastating, left-wing policies out of NYC and Albany are permanently driving New York families and jobs out of state. Every single day, more and more New Yorkers are hitting their breaking point and fleeing to states where their money will go further. It’s difficult to accept why these knucklehead politicians would deliberately drive their own constituents away like this.
