The best striker on the planet eats like a Norwegian farmer from 1850, and the British tabloids called it "cannibalistic."
Erling Haaland, the six foot four machine breaking every scoring record in sight, has let the world see his plate, and it reads like a carnivore forum brought to life. He buys beef heart and liver from the butcher and eats them by choice. Fatty steaks, the fattier the better, by his own account. Sea bass, salmon, mackerel. Eggs on sourdough. Raw honey. And his self-described "magic potion," raw milk, which he drinks straight, stirs into his coffee and blends with greens to carry to training.
The sourcing is the entire philosophy. Holding up the organs in his documentary, he said most people will not touch them, but he cares about his body and about eating quality local food. Then the line that belongs on a barn door: people say meat is bad, but which meat? The stuff from McDonald's, or the local cow eating grass right over there?
Look at what is missing just as hard. No seed oils. No fizzy drinks. No alcohol. No ultra-processed anything. He filters his water and chases the morning sun. The man treats a packet of crisps the way most people treat a syringe.
Now the honest footnotes, because the internet lost its mind. The famous 6,000-calorie figure is one he flatly waves away, saying he does not count. His dad's lasagne is a sacred pre-match ritual, he makes brisket tacos in the slow cooker, and his actual favourite food is a kebab pizza he allows himself about once a year.
Strip away the cryo chamber and the mouth tape and the part underneath is almost insultingly simple. Whole food, mostly animal, sourced with care, nothing from a factory. The most lethal finisher in football runs on the exact diet the official guidance spent fifty years telling you to fear.
🚨 JUST NOW: Stephen Miller absolutely UNLOADED on birthright citizenship for babies of illegals
"If this country doesn't, one way or another, end birthright citizenship, this country DOES NOT have a future."
"The idea that you can just set foot on US Soil and any child you have gets to be an American citizen and vote in our elections, collect our welfare, sit in our juries, is such an OUTRAGE to the idea of having a country."
SPOT ON, @StephenM
DEI compromises institutions—from corporations & universities to K-12 schools—affecting us all.
This @CivilRights Division, unlike any other in past administrations at @TheJusticeDept, eradicates illegal DEI & enforces equal protection for ALL Americans!

Communism has left far more graves than gardens.
It begins by promising heaven. And it always ends by rationing bread.
Put simply, Communism is what happens when envy acquires political power.
Communists are just the incels of capitalism.
They must be defeated.
Thanks. I am happy to see this 32-year-old passage resurrected. It’s as salient now as ever (because little has changed despite Trump’s executive order).
The introduction of the Novus Ordo coincided with, and certainly partially caused, a mass exodus of Catholics from the Church the likes of which had not been seen since the Protestant Revolt. Such Catholics did not receive the new rite but rejected it. The ever-decreasing number of practising Catholics, at least in the Western world, shows that the NO does not positively appeal to modern man—the entire rationale for its creation.
Moreover, with earlier liturgical “reforms” of the post-Tridentine era, each new edition of the missal totally replaced the previous edition and was used by all clergy and faithful without exception. The new missal, in contrast, was introduced by an apostolic constitution lacking the legal forms necessary to abrogate the previous missal, and some clergy kept using the old missal. And from the birth of the traditionalist movement ca. 1965 (even prior to the promulgation of the NO) onwards, there was always a core group of Catholics who continued with the ancient rites of worship and had as little to do with the modernizations as possible.
Today at Tradition & Sanity, I argue that the NO was never fully and perfectly "received" by the faithful because the 'sensus fidelium' balked at it; and then I draw several important conclusions from this fact.

Well, looks like @dhs is adopting the sane exact language as the @SaveEuropeAct and @RESUM26@remigrationinst movement in Europe…
Dies that mean they are aware of just how critical and necessary MASS DEPORTATIONS or REMIGRATION, if you prefer, is?
Time to start figuring our the best use of their resources and time before the midterms and the next election.
U.S. Marine Corps Lance Corporal Phillip David Vinnedge was killed in action on October 13, 2010 in Helmand Province, Afghanistan. Phillip was 19 years old and from Saint Charles, Missouri. 3rd Battalion, 5th Marines, 1st Marine Division. Remember Phillip. Semper Fidelis.🇺🇸
🚨 AWESOME! Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas is being praised nationwide for this BASED line in his opinion today supporting President Trump ending the migrant invasion:
"Aliens have NO EQUAL PROTECTION RIGHTS against the federal government."
Democrats' narrative busted. 🔥
I was 20. He was 53. He had two or three bronze stars. I don’t remember. A moment of clarity emerged from the chemo. In 10 days he’d be in Arlington.
I said Dad knowing all you know now. The loss of friends. The loss to the nation. The loss of innocence. Years of painful chemo from Agent Orange. The loss to your family. Me just 20. My brother just 8. All the pain Vietnam caused. If you went back would you fight again?
Dad lowered his piercing blue eyes as his massive Ivy league intellect rolled into gear. Then he said one word. Yes. And closed his eyes for a moment.
I didn’t ask why. I knew why. The why was the devastation. The why was the millions killed by communists in Vietnam and Cambodia once America lowered its guard and walked away.
He hated LBJ and Westmoreland and McNamara and the whiz kids and the hippies who spat on him but loved the mission itself. The defeat of communism. Not because of its ideals and decay and chaos and godlessness but because of the murder and starvation and pain and suffering that communist rationalize.
Communism has killed tens of millions. Full stop. It’s the deadliest human experiment ever. Full stop. An experiment that’s useless because we know how utterly ends. Full stop.
I didn’t need to ask him why.
He told me before that he went to Vietnam because Konrad’s fight evil that’s what we do. That’s what WE do.
I often wish he hadn’t. But. I. I am glad he did. Without that choice he wouldn’t be the same man. He wouldn’t be dad.
Dad’s anger raged at time over American policy and the atrocities we are so very guilty of. Agent Orange. Bombing Cambodia. Feckless policies that lost us the war and cost lives both American and Vietnamese. But. He believed. And so do I. That an imperfect America, his America, fights against evil.
He. Not a warrior in Vietnam but a medic. A medic who, at times, killed. A medic who more often saved.
He, my dad, died proud. He died without question.
Communism is at our doorstep once again. Once again the whiz kids, his fellow Ivy League alumnus, are telling us to go slow, pull punches, dial down rhetoric. Play nice with China they say. Mamdani is just a socialist they tell us. The UK will be fine they say. Voices begging us to give in and play nice.
Dad would not give in. He would fight. Fight for those who are poor and hungry or will be when a red wave smothers the world. Fight.
He would fight because the Communist experiment is not new. He knew, we know, how it will end.
I love you dad. LOVE is worth the fight.
Post Script - The people yelling for peace are not bad. The socialist ideals are not bad. The left learning communists in our institutions are not bad. Dad love them all. He loved America. But love should not be blind.
He loved America but knew that America IS dangerous. America is lethal. America drops nuclear bombs. America sprays agent orange. America destroys nations like Iraq and gives up too soon letting ISIS, the Khmer Rouge, the Taliban win. America swings too far right into McCarthy when threatened. America always makes grave mistakes.
Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto's knew to. He warned Japan not to wake the sleeping giant. He was right.
America is dangerous. But Communism is deadly evil. Mass murder on epic scale dealdy. Do not confuse the two.
I say this because we are at a turning point. We can fight Communism now. We can defend the constitution from enemies foreign and domestic now. We must fight now because if Communism takes over the sleeping giant will wake. Both sides will lose when the giant awakes.
The protests and far left communists in our streets want us to think they are not dangerous. They are. China wants to believe if a war breaks out they can win. They cannot.
We have a choice :
1) stand strong now, deter the evil, and stem the tide that’s dragging us far left
2) give communism room to murder and deceive
3) wait until men like dad, the sleep giants, wake.
Only one of the choices saves lives.
50,000 Haitian Children have been born in the USA while their parents were here under "Temporary Protected Status"
Those Children are US Citizens
When you send their parents home, the press will cry "They are sending US Citizens to Haiti" or "They are separating their families"
And those kids can be leveraged to try to keep their parents in the US
The Supreme Court Needs to get Birthright Citizenship right
🚨BREAKING: In a 6-3 decision, the U.S. Supreme Court has sided with Trump and ruled that migrants who show up at the border have not “arrived in the United States”, do not automatically qualify for asylum and can be turned away.
Love to see it 🇺🇸
The entire country is now a border state…
Walk Canal Street in NYC, and you’ll see illegal open-air markets, counterfeit goods, cash-only untaxed millions, and the exact chaos many illegal aliens left behind.
They’re not assimilating, they’re recreating home on American sidewalks.
This is what open borders, sanctuary policies, and targeted interior enforcement produce.
Every city gets the border whether it wants it or not.
Simple fix, folks…Deploy U.S. Border Patrol and ICE for full-spectrum enforcement.
Sweep the illegal vendors, check statuses, and deport all illegal aliens. Border Patrol already experts at this.
NYC officials won’t cooperate and love catch and release.
So either these cities have seceded from the Union in practice, or it’s time for one set of rules, nationwide.
No more pretending the border stops at Texas.
Incentives matter.
Right now, we’re importing dysfunction block by block.
