@BespokeFS @AlanJLSmith Agreed. But £900k and £1M probably are the same service. Likewise £2.9M and £3M are probably the same service. Same for £9M and £10M too. Either someone’s paying too much or there’s cross subsidy in there. Neither explanation good for the client with higher wealth

@garryhale Data security will be the biggest challenge to overcome. Getting AI to summarise a client meeting is a ticking time bomb if you don’t know how far that info is being disseminated, where it’s being stored and who/what is learning from it.
