Have a happy and safe halloween! Let’s hope the rain holds up tonight for tricker-treaters.. Please remember to wear something reflective or carry a flashlight when it is dark out so you can be seen while walking.
UPDATE: The Howl-o-ween has a new start time of 11:30AM! Hope to see you there!
That face you make when the Rye Brook Howl-o-ween is next weekend and you don't have your costume yet? 😂 Don't forget to join us on… https://t.co/N0tEy4ysr1
The Village of Rye Brook is looking for seasonal workers to help the Highway dept. with leaf pick up. Work is rain or shine, Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. This is a labor intensive job where the primary function is working with a crew raking leaves towards a vacuum truck.
N. Ridge street @ Neuton Avenue is still closed. Once @conedison clears the wires, @rbhway_parks will start to reopen the roadway. Please use caution in that area when driving through neighborhoods to detour. DRIVE SLOWLY. Also walkers, DO NOT WALK UNDER OR NEAR THE TREE.
It may be the first day of #Fall, but as long as the weather cooperates, crews will be out on the road doing roadwork. When you see the reflective vests and flashing lights, please #SlowDown and #MoveOver if safe. Lives depend on it.
