Really disappointed with @MAS. I have a flight from Kuala Lumpur to Penang on 31th May. They always love to combined 2-3 original schedule flight into one flight.
After 10 hours I still haven't received any email from them. Even the website also not allowed me to click cancel or refund although they have a button there. What the heck!!!
I had call to their customer service by using an international call. I requested for refund due to MH changed the schedule that I cannot make it on time. But the officer took more than 30min without solve my problem until I have to hang off & ask send me the voucher through email
