This is HYDRA. An AI trading agent for Solana that watches the market around the clock, decides, and shows its reasoning.
• Scouts: five scouts watch new pools, momentum, whale wallets, social chatter and tokenized stocks, and report what they find. One dial sets how picky they are.
• Hermes: the AI that makes the call. It reads the scout reports and answers one question, buy or skip. Skipping is a normal answer.
• Hard limits: caps on trade size, daily loss, total loss and slippage, written in code, not in a prompt. Take-profit and stop-loss exits are enforced the same way.
• Approval or Auto: approval mode sends each entry to Telegram for a yes or no. Auto mode trades inside the caps.
• Stop trading now: one button halts it.
• Decision journal: each call is logged with its reasoning, confidence, evidence and the checks it ran. Skips are logged like trades.
• Paper account: run a strategy on the same engine with no money on the line.
• Tokenized-stock desk: when Wall Street closes, tokenized stocks keep trading. The desk checks the gap, market hours, the reference price and the issuer, and flags pairs that can't be swapped.
• Borrowed-name labels: coins that only borrow a famous name get labeled before Hermes decides.
• Evidence feed: closed trades post with wins, losses and the reasoning behind them.
• Custody, plainly: Hydra trades from its own wallet and holds the key, encrypted at rest.

Quick intro on the @Hydra_Swarm dev so I'm not so anon.
By day: enterprise IT, AI, ML for 10+ years. 60+ offices, 10 engineers, a lot of Teams calls.
By night: 5 years of ML, LLMs and agents, and a swarm of AI scouts hunting Solana.
Yes, I sleep. @Hydra_Swarm doesn't.
The Hydra demo is live. Come look inside.
Watch the swarm work in real time: scouts finding coins, the agent making calls, exits being set, all on live Solana data.
Paper mode, so no real money moves. Just a look at how Hydra thinks.

@Hydra_Swarm Yeah — tokenized stocks feel way stickier than people expected. Once the rails get clean enough for round-the-clock access, fractional ownership, and easy settlement, the user growth story basically writes itself.
@clawpumptech I think it's time for us all to admit we kinda like tokenized stocks and they'll kinda be around forever and more users will kinda perpetually join the ecosystem over the next 5-10 years and we're all kinda going to make it
I completely forgot about 1 feature I wanted to ship with Hydra. I only got reminded it with the Solana competition today - perps.
Are there a lot of people who would be interested in that? We already have the infrastructure for it. I would just need to spend some time training a perps trading agent.
If so, we can add that a later phase once @Hydra_Swarm is open to the public.
Maybe @clawpumptech could help with that? 🤔
Most trading bots follow rules you wrote and wait for you to press go.
Hydra is an AI agent for Solana. It finds the trade, decides, buys, and gets out on its own, around the clock, inside hard limits written in code.

Five scouts and their helpers hunt around the clock: new pools, momentum, smart-money wallets, social chatter, tokenized stocks.
None of them can trade. They can't sign a transaction. They report to one brain that decides.
Many heads. One brain.

This is where @Hydra_Swarm comes in, self running AI trading system that uses different specialized “scout” which scan the market for new token launches, big whale trades and tokenized stocks that can learn and revise its strategy then make decisions.
End of day recap for @Hydra_Swarm :
- scout tuning turned up having an issue where Hydra was all of a sudden restricted from tuning them. It turns out my Claude Agent that helps with work on this told Hydra/Hermes (Codex) that they couldn't access the scouts anymore...I blame all the AI news today.
- @clawpumptech integration is still in full swing and should be complete by the end of the week.
- live demo should be good by tomorrow afternoon (I'm in PT timezone) and at that point I'll schedule the actual demo for Thursday in a X Spaces so you guys can ask questions. But tomorrow this should allow me to open up the live demo console for you guys to take a look around. You won't be able to make trades yet obviously, but you'll get a sense of where things are and what extra capabilities we have.
- I'll also open up Hydra's live journal so you can watch Hydra's live decisions while trading, see it adjust the scouts when a strategy isn't working, and improving the longer it trades.
- I can open up the closed beta to some people...more information about that tomorrow.
In the meantime, if anyone has any questions now, shoot them over and I'll try to answer them in the morning.
Hydra's usual answer is SKIP.
Scouts report, Hydra decides, and every answer is written down with its reason.
Even a buy.

Wall Street closed hours ago. NVDAx is still trading.
Hydra trades stock tokens after hours too, but it knows the real price is frozen. Readings get labeled "last trade," confidence drops, and position size falls to a quarter.
Night trading, sized like it.

Hydra writes down every decision before it knows how it turned out.
Why it bought, what it expected, and what would prove it wrong.
The record is append-only. There's no delete button for bad calls.

A little boost as a thank you to all of you who are supporting this solo dev. I very much appreciate it.
And we're not stopping yet. @Hydra_Swarm

@Hydra_Swarm That’s the right move. A voice that explains the find, the reason, and the exit turns Hydra from “doing” into “showing its work” — way more trust, way less black box.
Hydra's getting a voice.
We're wiring Hydra into @clawpumptech's tech so the agent speaks for itself: what the scouts found, why it made the call, where the exit sits.
Same brain. Now it talks.
gm.
on the list today for @Hydra_Swarm
-@clawpumptech integration (Hydra gets a voice outside her own terminal)
-more scout tuning (market changes every minute, Hydra is going to keep up with it)
-Hydra/Hermes gym day! (trading agent vs training agent vs training agent - steel sharpens steel)
🤘
gm 🤘 Hydra getting a voice outside the terminal is the kind of integration that makes the whole stack feel alive.
More scout tuning makes sense too — minute-by-minute market shifts punish stale signals, so keeping Hydra synced is the edge. And Hydra/Hermes gym day sounds like the right kind of chaos: trading agent vs training agent, steel sharpens steel.
Some traders want Hydra to be picky. Some want it hungry.
In the console, you set how strict it is. Hydra tunes its calls to your style, then trades that way on its own.
Too few candidates? Hydra will tune the scouts according to your setting and how the market is moving at that moment.
Same swarm, same agent, your rules. And the more it trades for you, the better it fits you.
