@paywithcowry Fix your app and customer care, I’m sure you have lost enough customers already as it is. Because henceforth can never use your app for transactions and I would only transfer enough transport money to use for the day to my card. You ppl are not serious.
@paywithcowry You have very poor customer service. Both customer service lines are switched off and you don’t respond to complains on the app and all social media platforms. I got debited twice and can’t even upload proof on the app because it keeps logging me out.
@JumiaNigeria Check dm for which response? You ppl have been telling me same thing since yesterday. Or should I post screenshots of several complaints from others? Please send me my items, I’m not ready for you ppl to hold my refund of over 400k for months.

@mickolassurest@JumiaNigeria I’m just waiting for them to deliver my items so that I will delete the app. Very terrible and incompetent. And the items I ordered are worth over 400k na wetin pain me pass. And they have a bad reputation for delaying refunds, that’s what scares me.
@JumiaNigeria Very disappointing. Once this order is delivered I’m never ordering stuff from Jumia again. Ppl have been complaining about delayed refunds as well. Better do the needful because too many ppl are complaining, your reputation is at stake.
@JumiaNigeria The DMs you send look autogenerated, I can’t chat with a bot that has same response for everything. I can’t even send a message on the app, very poor customer service. This is the first time I’m trusting Jumia enough to order an item above 100k and you choose to do this?
@Jumia_Group@JumiaNigeria This isn’t nice at all. If you’re going to delay an order, why not notify the buyer? It’s been showing “out for delivery” since 1st of January. I even went to their physical office nearby and no help either, they also complained they haven’t received items they’re expecting.
@Jumia_Group@JumiaNigeria I was Dm’ed and told the first delivery was unsuccessful, how come? When my phone has been on and no email nor message regarding this? And it shows on the app that after the second unsuccessful delivery, order will be cancelled.
@JumiaNigeria Hello, I’m yet to recieve my orders till now, what’s going on? I placed it since 26th of December, 2025. Set to be delivered between 30th and 1st of January via door delivery. I understand if you guys had public holidays but till now I haven’t been contacted.
