I attended the Flag-Off of the Church for Community Care and Good Governance (CCGG) held at St. Theresa Catholic Church, Abakpa.

This important programme highlights the strong and useful partnership between the Church and Government in promoting good governance, community development, and the welfare of our people. When the Church and Government work together, the impact is deeper and more sustainable.

The CCGG initiative will greatly benefit Ndi Enugu by strengthening community care and encouraging active citizen participation. In my speech, I urged everyone to take full charge of the great opportunity offered by the CCGG, while i also emphasised the good governance of His Excellency, Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah in Enugu State at large.

As the Executive Chairman of Udi Local Government Area, I warmly welcomed the NYSC Batch C, Stream 1B, 2026, corps members who have come to Udi in good faith to serve their fatherland.

We met, interacted, and got to know one another across all tribes. Accommodation was promptly provided by the Udi Local Government Area, and cash gifts were given to support these future leaders and make them feel truly welcome. Udi is well known for its warm and exceptional hospitality. I also urged them to come forward and share ideas that can help make Udi and Enugu State better when the need arises.

I attended the Teachers Grassroots Movement rally today in support of His Excellency, Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Teachers from Udi and all other Local Government Areas of Enugu State came out strongly to endorse Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah for his outstanding leadership and transformative projects across the state.

It was heartwarming to witness the massive support and unity of our teachers. I commend them for standing firmly with progressive leadership that prioritises education and the welfare of educators.

The swearing-in ceremony was held successfully today as I assumed office once again as Executive Chairman of Udi Local Government Area.

I sincerely thank His Excellency, Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, for the trust, reposed in me and look forward to a continued strong working synergy with his administration for the greater good of our people.

After being declared winner of the chairmanship election and receiving my Certificate of Return on Sunday, 27th of September, I thank Ndi Udi for the votes you gave me and for the trust and confidence you reposed in my leadership. Your overwhelming support remains a clear demonstration of the bond we share and the progress we continue to build together. I am proud and humbled to continue serving you.

I also express my profound appreciation to the Enugu State Independent Electoral Commission (ENSIEC) for conducting a credible and orderly election. I sincerely thank the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the solid platform and collective effort that made this victory possible.

Special gratitude goes to His Excellency, Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, for his fatherly support, guidance, and the enabling environment that continues to drive development across Udi and Enugu State.

I equally congratulate all the elected Councillors. I commend Ndi Udi for the peaceful atmosphere and for following the laid-down rules throughout the election process.

Alongside my dear wife, we performed our civic duties by casting our votes at our polling unit, Community Primary School (CPS) Umuoka.

Today marks a significant moment for our community and for democracy in Udi.
I am thankful for the opportunity to take part in the election and fulfill my civic duty.

Everyone conducted themselves peacefully and with respect for the law throughout the process.
My sincere appreciation goes to all who have shared in this journey.

We are hopeful of victory at the end.
