Joy Reid: "Donald Trump inherited a strong, growing economy, and managed to ruin it by messing up his one crisis which was COVID, which is why the border went crazy, it's why inflation went crazy. All of those crises, Joe Biden has had to fix."
Is this really what we want our govt to be spending time on? How about working on improving education or helping feed hungry families. Glad to see she has her priorities right.
Is this hypocrisy?
Yesterday Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders signed an Executive Order to ban "woke nonsense" language from the State Government.
This includes phrases like "pregnant people," "laboring person," "birth-giver,” etc.
Why are all the free speech supporters suddenly sitting on their hands? You know very well that if this was a Democrat banning words and phrases, there would be copies of the First Amendment stapled on every telephone pole in America.
What will forever astound me about MAGA, is just how many of them will vote against their own self-interests to support him.
He is a rapist who said he would date his own daughter, called women dogs & bragged about sexual assault, and he has said that he wants a federal ban on abortion.
Women will vote for him anyway.
He dodged the draft, attacked a POW, called fallen war heroes suckers & losers, disparaged scores of Generals, tried to gut the VA and will decimate it if given the chance.
Veterans & members of the military will vote for him anyway.
He wants to destroy public education, cut food stamps, Medicaid, housing assistance, and other welfare programs that millions of Americans rely on.
The poor will vote for him anyway.
He doesn’t care about any of them. He doesn’t want to help any of them. He would willingly hurt all of them. And has.
But they don’t care.
Because he hates who they hate.
And sadly, that’s all they think they need.
Unions, teachers, health care workers, and people across Massachusetts came together to pass this constitutional amendment. And now we’re showing the nation what’s possible when you #TaxTheRich:
Joy Reid absolutely nailed it. The arrogance and entitlement of the folks who attacked the Capitol thought it was their right to commit violence because they didn't get their way.
