So the real advantage was coming through losers as opposed to OpTic having a map advantage to warm up and get into the series

There’s a stat that over the winners finals and finals, OpTic beat GM8’s 6-4 1/2

The issue with that is in other esports for example R6: winners get a map advantage in the finals because they came through WB where as in COD, it’s better to come through LB so you stay hot going into the finals.

There should be a map advantage/ Bracket Reset for winners, but there isn’t.
