Hi @Maruti_Corp my #marutiinsurance policy shows details of Delhi RTO even when I'm registered as MH47. This is delaying my hypothecation at Dahisar RTO. Been following up with insurance helpline executive but keep getting new excuses. Cannot get my new RC book. #unprofessional

What is the solution? If you are not going to send an engineer then I am dismantling the setup immediately & will not be continuing with Jio. My prepaid plan expires in June 2025 are you expecting me to to continue without internet despite paying? @JioCare

@JioCare I have already installed airtel. Please get your team to come and disconnect the connection and return my security deposit and one month refund. Asap! After 10 days of waiting ..and now shaming you online is when you take action. No point in continuing

@JioCare 20th april service raised. 27th april service cancelled due to no show from @JioCare. 27th april again booked SR & engineer is assigned on 2nd May. Engineer calls & asks right now if I have even raised an SR!!! Pathetic

@JioCare No point @JioCare @reliancejio. 20th april to 2nd may is 12 days without internet for which I have already paid till June 2025. Pathetic service. I have switched to airtel who is installing their setup today. You can refund my money ASAP. Unprofessional Thieves

Despite raising multiple service requests, my jiofiber internet is down from 20th April. Been 9 days and no engineer has been assigned , no track of when it will be fixed. Raised an SR & cancelled because the service engineer's visit kept getting pushed by @reliancejio @JioCare
