@Blechyman Most are kinda punishing but nowhere near as punishing as real NES games. The ones that make you reset on death are pretty short games. (disclaimer: I haven't beaten them all but that's the strong impression I got so far from the several I have beaten)
@StanRockPatton@B_Goodness well i went and found the source at https://t.co/4fWl834bbM and they're claiming "the fresh market" is #4 in oregon and that's a chain with zero locations west of oklahoma. so this map is complete BS
@Gromfalloon@GingerRamoth we're getting a similar event in 2038! when the number of seconds since midnight on jan 1st in 1970 becomes greater than 2^31
@EladDifficult well that one has an easy answer, they're trying to claim a trademark on the name and they know for sure that they wouldn't be allowed to do that for "nuggets"
@vencabot@Fightcade I've been playing ST online for like 13 years and I went to evo a couple times solely for ST. I understand the difference. Online play is inherently bastardized. If you're not okay with that you should be playing offline only tbh.
@vencabot@Fightcade the online play experience is the only thing that matters when choosing defaults for online. when I sit down to play the game I am deeply uninterested in what settings you find philosophically more compelling
@vencabot@Fightcade when playing with homies in your area you can adjust the game speed to 3. the question is what should the default be. it's a better play experience for a large majority of online matches for it to be speed 1.
@vote_checkbox you don't need a webcam or mic stand to stream! you don't even need those things to make money streaming. having a cam is better than no cam but a literal $5 webcam from goodwill is perfectly fine.
(not disagreeing with any of the rest of this thread)
