@Nova__Estelle Congratulations!!!

@MicrosoftHelps It's ever compromised. So if anyone ever attempts to hack in to your acc just assume they'll just throw away the key. Better than putting in the effort to actually help people. The already stressful situation? Well Microsoft wants to help you make it 100x worse, truly outstanding

[Hyunae @HyunaeSama]

@MicrosoftHelps Hi! A hacker attempted to get into my account on Thursday. I fought him off and recovered my account and updated everything so that no further attempts could be made. Please tell me why suddenly today Microsoft support stole my account from me and are refusing

[Hyunae @HyunaeSama]

@MicrosoftHelps It's absolutely hilarious that added 2fa for security also means that they can't do anything. Keep anything you might ever need off of your Microsoft account and apparently keep a separate one for your PC. Cause having it all connected means you can't turn it off or update if...

[Hyunae @HyunaeSama]

Where is the resolution???? My account was stolen by support. I am happy to provide logs and screen shots for whatever is necessary to get my account back. Please DM as this is absolutely unacceptable, people should not be penalized for protecting their information.

[Hyunae @HyunaeSama]

To give it back. I have spent the last day on multiple support chats and emails attempting to get this resolved and everyone keeps giving me baby steps before saying they can't do anything else. Microsoft support has now done more damage to me than the hacker did.

[Hyunae @HyunaeSama]

@LiterallyTony You're a great person and friend and I'm so sorry you and Momo have to deal with that kind of nonsense. Wishing the both of you all the happiness with the little one and that those people leave you alone 💓

[Hyunae @HyunaeSama]

Moving over, see y'all on the other side :)

[Hyunae @HyunaeSama]
