Ratuary Day 31: Shatter
It was not a good day for Wasp as she fell into an unfamiliar area of the Pits, knowing her favorite scarf was going to get absolutely soiled. #ratuary#talesfromthewastes#penandink#watercolor
Ratuary Day 30: Among Us
Ladybugs are an industrious ever present entity in the Wastes. They find their way into every nook and cranny and will aid those around them in any endeavor. Many rodents and birds enjoy having a ladybug (or asian lady beetle) companion. #ratuary
Ratuary Day 29: Depth
Gotta always leaves a couple opportunities for me to draw a cephalopod even though its called Ratuary. Denizens of the wastes generally avoid the ocean, but I’d like to think if any ever encounter an octopus they are very sympathetic fellows. #ratuary
Ratuary Day 28: Wiry
Almost nothing bigger than a house cat survived the wave of radiation that swept the earth after the humans abandoned the planet. Yet rumors and myths abound of 8 strange radiation rich animals that yet still live. #serval#ratuary#penandink#watercolor
Ratuary Day 27: Tire
Snakes have the ability to live anywhere, almost entirely undisturbed by most denizens of the Wastes. Old tires are a beloved item, always heated to perfection in the Wasteland sunlight. #ratuary#snek#watercolor
Ratuary Day 26: Hat
If you thought, oh hey, you put this prompt in there so you could just draw a mouse in a hat, you’d be right. #ratuary#mouse#watercolorart
Ratuary Day 25: Music
Almost at the end of the month without drawing my best girl, Wasp. She loves swords made out of scissors, and occasionally sneaking out an ancient zune from pre-human exodus to listen to some tunes #ratuary#rat#watercolor#fantasyart
Ratuary Day 24: Jovial
Penny is perhaps one of the most amiable wasps you will ever encounter. She let’s life take her where it will, and highly enjoys the antics of her rat companion, who for the most part keeps Penny out of trouble. #ratuary#wasp#ballpoint#watercolor
Ratuary Day 23: Terror
Perhaps unsurprisingly, spiders still strike fear into many of the inhabitants of the Wastes. Even the spiders of Haven, a very peaceful lot, are usually avoided by the mice, shrews, and bees that live there. #ratuary#watercolor#arachnid
Ratuary Day 21: Toad
Toads are able to survive a lot longer with a lot less than most mammals, birds, and insects when traveling the Wastes, and are among a few creatures that have carved out a niche as wandering merchants. #ratuary
Ratuary Day 19: Flying. Cant believe I forgot to post Greg yesterday. He delivers mail across the wastes, and lives a pretty good life. Hates talking to crows, loves chatting with hamsters. #ratuary#bat#watercolor
