Alhamdulillah, this race really broke me and im glad it did. Started from restless overnight bus trip, unexpected gastric, tight chest that need vommiting to clear up every hour and the crew accidentally forgot to deliver my halfway dropbag 😵‍💫.

Don’t be afraid to get your hands dirty! On steep, technical trails, use your hands to grab onto rocks, tree roots, or sturdy branches for extra stability. Just be careful to avoid hazards like thorns or loose branches.

Bismillah, semoga dipermudahkan menuju 100km with 4870m EG di CULTRA 2025. Another high altitude race running between 1000 to 2000m altitude above sea level. Kaki dan badan belum fully recover from mantra116 tpi perjuangan tetap kasi on. Hopefully this will be a meaningful race
