Correct Spelling:

When words are misspelt, they could be confused to mean another thing.
For e.g BARE and BEAR
As different as this words look and are,people still confuse them both because of their similar pronunciation.

Hence,ensure to always double check your spellings.

The 3rd 'C' is Complete message.

Don't leave your recipients with questions you could've answered while passing across your message. E.g if you're sending an email for a meeting, you'll need to include details like time,venue etc so the recipient gets a Complete message.
