It wasn’t one bad day it was weeks of questioning everything.

Today reminded me why discipline matters.

I caught 4 trades in a row, banking 3Rr on every trade I took. There was even another clean setup afterward, but I didn’t take it. My plan for the day was complete, so I watched it play out without me.

The market will always offer another opportunity. Protecting your discipline is more important than chasing one more trade.

A rough season doesn’t mean a bad trader. Stay consistent, keep refining your process, and when your edge returns, let it do the work.
