On Friday, IA students were honored by the presence of Holocaust Survivor Irene Miller. They were moved by her inspiring life story and ate lunch with her afterward.
Tuesday, students from IA visited Oakland University. They received a tour, did science in the science lab, and presented to the AGU Thriving Earth Conference in Chicago via Zoom.
IA's Valorant team finished 6-1 in the regular season in the MIHSEF league, qualifying for the playoffs! Unfortunately, the team lost a hotly contested first-round playoff game. It was an excellent season for the team and we are super proud! .@MiHSEF
Today The Ivy Table in coordination with Community Bible Church provided a fully-catered Thanksgiving meal for our students! It was a wonderful spread! We are very thankful for our partnership with both organizations.
In the true IA spirit, several students traveled to Ann Arbor on their own and visited the Natural History Museum and Art Museum to complete some standards.

Today students worked with Dr. Amber Bismack and the Residents Against Huron River Flooding. Dr. Bismack mentored students while they did fieldwork on the in-flows and out-flows of Dibrova Lake.
This fall, IA has been blessed to work with Barb and Jessica from The Ivy Table. The Ivy Table has been providing fully plated homemade meals for students to take home on Mondays and Thursdays. We are so thankful for their generous donations!
