Survey says it’s actually less than 30-40 people. Guess not even popular game shows can escape the allure of surveys, no matter how simple of a tool it is for capturing how people really feel.

Been thinking lately about general sentiments people have when they think of HR.

When we casually speak about HR after work or in private, generally, people only associate it with either termination, reporting improper conduct, or how we only see them during onboarding.

I'm wondering what everyone here thinks about that sentiment and if this exists, is there an opportunity to shift HR’s perception as the ‘clean-up crew’ to true advocates for fellow colleagues?
