Back on here after a break. Incredibly humbled to have this paper published. I hope it will be helpful when adapting group CBT, but more generally encourage us to reflect on the implicit cultural assumptions within CBT. Special thanks to so many who helped and encouraged me.

Our first face to face CPD event is in the heart of the vibrant, richly diverse borough of Newham. @UCL’s Stratford Campus…also home to Westfield.
As we launch our new name… our work remains the same. Better clarity on our focus..

Tenants left to live in homes with leaks mould and other issues, forced to take class action against Peabody with tenants saying their lives are at risk … on the same day Awaabs Law reached it’s consultation period.
A report by @AntoineSpeaker
#IAPT / #NHSTT workers see countless people w health issues from inadequate housing. We offer stress management but it's just a sticking plaster when the stressors are structural and caused by political choices. Kudos to @Channel4News & activists for publicising what's happening.
Thank you @Channel4News for this report on our estate showing the failures of @PeabodyLDN. We have to deal with black mould and damp affecting our health and that of our children. We are so grateful for the support from @Medact & @TowerHamletsLRU, too.

Participants needed!
I am still in desperate need for more participants in my study for my MSc in clinical application of psychology at Birmingham Newman University.
It focuses on generational differences in self-harm-based intrusive thoughts and anyone from the age of 18 onwards can participate.
Depending on answers provided, the questionnaire can either end up being very short or a bit longer (should not take more than 15 minutes, depending on reading speed).
Thank you so much for your help!
