Something interesting happened with my father, a retired Army Colonel, today in Haryana, a state known to contribute sizeable numbers to the armed forces.

Dad has been running from pillar to post for roughly 20 years now for a case in Haryana.

When I heard the two incidents, it struck me that the driver and conductor in Roadways Bus of the same State understood courtesies so much more than a senior officer of the so called elite service, IAS.

SS Group Pvt. Ltd., owned by BJP MP Shri Sukhbir Singh Jaunapuria, has been ordered by HRERA Gurugram to refund me Rs. 1.5 crores for their failure to hand over two flats in their project "The Leaf"

@bigbasket_com : I have been waiting for the refund for the past 11 days for an order placed on 10th July. I have contacted customer care on the app so many times. Very disappointing. I hardly have to check on irctc or Amazon. Very disappointing! Pl issue my refund immediately.

The builders refused to refund me, so I filed a complaint before the Allottee Grievances Redressal Forum and then before Hon’ble HRERA, Gurugram. The orders were passed in my favor, but @SukhbirJaunpuria refused to comply with the orders and flouted the law of the land.

I booked two flats in Gurugram's Leaf project with my hard-earned savings, but the builders caused delays in signing the Builder Buyer Agreement. After paying over Rs 38 lakhs and Rs 39 lakhs respectively, I found out that there was no progress and asked for a refund.

I am suffering from disabilities incurred while serving in the army and undergoing treatment for cancer, but that's not the only issue. Despite being an ex-serviceman, I've been subjected to high-handedness and injustice by a BJP MP from Tonk, @SukhbirJaunpuria.

As a retired Colonel who served our nation for 34 years, it breaks my heart to have to bring my grievances to the attention of @narendramodi ji, @rajnathsingh ji, @AmitShah ji, and @JPNadda ji, as well as my colleagues in the @BJP4India and the nation at large.

I wish no woman ever gave up on life for a cruel man. Never compromise with violence - physical, mental or emotional... Stay strong !
