It's a great misfortune for the people of Bihar that a murder accused, a notorious criminal, is today the Chief Minister of Bihar.

Case No. 44/1995, Tarapur, Munger:

In 1995, Samrat Kumar alias Rakesh Kumar was the main accused in the murder (multiple murders) case in Tarapur, Munger district, Bihar.
Samrat Choudhary submitted a forged document (school admit card) to the court in order to obtain bail, that document listed his date of birth as 1981, thereby allowing him to be treated as a minor. He secured bail by presenting this forged document.
Samrat Choudhary's election affidavit for 2020 assembly election, in which Samrat declared his age as 51, which would mean he was 26 years old in 1995, Not 15 or minor.

Case Details: Listed cases include FIR No. 516/2023 (Kotwali Patna) regarding IPC sections 188, 147, 149, 323, 324, 337, 338, 353 and FIR No. 35/2014 (Tarapur Munger) regarding sections 171F and 188.

ಕಳೆದ ವಾರದಿಂದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಜನತೆ ನನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ತೋರಿಸಿರುವ ಅಪಾರ ಪ್ರೀತಿ, ಆತ್ಮೀಯತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅಭಿಮಾನಕ್ಕೆ ನನ್ನ ಹೃದಯಪೂರ್ವಕ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು, ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸದಿಂದ ನಾನು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ವಿನಮ್ರನಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ,ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಜನರ ಸೇವೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಜ್ಯಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಬಲವಾದ ಧ್ವನಿಯಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲು ನಾನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಬದ್ಧನಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
