BREAKING: After several months of collective action, IATSE Local 122 of San Diego is proud to announce the ratification of a new collective bargaining agreement with Encore Global!

This agreement covers almost two hundred in-house Audio-Visual Technicians and Riggers across twenty-four venues in San Diego County including the long-awaited Gaylord Pacific Resort & Convention Center. This deal signifies a monumental step forward and delivers major gains towards livable wages, safer workplaces and equal opportunities for all Encore workers across North America.
