@HMRCcustomers been placed on an emergency tax code and cannot speak to a human via online chat or on the phone. Chat says I can't speak to anyone and ends the chat and calls say too busy and hang up. Not really a great experience is it

@Fanatics gone through UK customer service who have refused me a refund or exchange as the item is personalised! The item is defective the letters are coming away and I can't give this to my little girl for her birthday like that! Can someone explain why this can't be resolved?
