I’m back to complain about @GetSpectrum again! The (hopefully) final part of the Saga.

I moved in to a new house very recently, and luckily Spectrum is not the only choice (shoutout @ATT)

So here’s a reminder to not use Spectrum for anything. Mobile service, TV, internet, etc. unless you want to be overcharged and given the run-around.

I’m honestly surprised that a Spectrum executive never showed up to my house and stabbed me in the stomach.

Naturally, I call to cancel my prior Spectrum service, and I’m informed that because I’m calling to disconnect just THREE days after my “billing cycle” started, that they are going to charge me for the full month of my overpriced Internet.
