@RSPCA_official They were told she was spayed ... she got 2 kittens told both spayed ... one was one wasn’t ... then when she questioned how she got pregnant was told it was a “mistake” as the manager of the branch was on holiday

@jacqueline1972p @RSPCA_official The whole thing has been terrible, Fay should of been Spayed in the first place like was promised ... my friend is devastated and her family ... I looked after Fay and Tulip a few times Theyr beautiful ... I’m so sad poor Fay 😢😢
