@MKMobileGame Please fix the new bug you introduced with "broken equipment". It's supposed to affect Realm Klash only. But now, after I finish a run in Realm Klash, and I try to load a team in a mode like Krypt, it tells me some equipment is broken and removes it.

Note that the equipment is not actually broken. After the game removes it for me, I can go back and re-equip it--if I remember what it was. The game stupidly ALTERTS the saved team to permanently remove it!

@MKMobileGame So it works today … but all I got was 100 dragon crystals. Where is the rest? Also, I missed out on much better Krypt characters in the last round, and lost many days in the Season Pass I paid for. I should get all characters/weapons from the last Krypt round at least.

@MKMobileGame I am very worried that @MKMobileGame is focused on the wrong bug. There is a bug with a Klassic Reptile event lingering, causing a crash when you try to play it. But the bigger problem is that a brand new game install crashes upon start. That’s unrelated to Reptile!

@MKMobileGame Also, please explain how this crash only affects “some players” and is related to “Reptile event”. I freshly reinstalled on another device, so the game is not tied to any profile/state, but it crashes on start before I even see the tutorial!

@MKMobileGame Is maintenance over? If so, you didn’t fix the crash-on-start issue. this morning, I was getting the “Server Maintenance” message. But now I’m back to getting the crashes while loading. This is why I said FIX THE CRASH FIRST before trying to work on issues like how bad Kameos are

@MKMobileGame Still no updates, @MKMobileGame ? Your last patch clearly has a ton of bugs. Please prioritize the ones causing the game to crash at startup. Issue like “Kameos are annoying” orglitches can wait until you fix “the game is crashing every time I try to start it”.

@MKMobileGame Also, relaxing for a whole week during an outage may have been fine when your game was free. But you have many paying customers now, including me, for things like Season Pass. You can’t just take a week. Treat this like the severe outage it is!

@WBGamesSupport Just so you know, even when I reinstall, the crash happens BEFORE I even log in. So it’s not something specific to my profile. The problem started around 9 am Pacific Time.

@WBGamesSupport @MihailNovikovN But this is unrelated anyway. When I reinstall the game, it crashes on loading BEFORE I’ve even had a chance to log in, so there should be no corrupt data there.

@WBGamesSupport @MihailNovikovN I did. I have had a broken Klassic Reptile for months now. When I try to fight him, the opponent (Reptile) doesn’t load, and the game crashes. I reported it to @WBGamesSupport who did nothing. I tolerated it because the rest of the game worked.

@MKMobileGame Don’t you hate when the game completely breaks, @MKMobileGame ignores that, and @WBGamesSupport tells everyone to try to reinstall it? How many users have to tell you the game crashes while starting before you listen?!
