It is very shameful that LG is making serious fraud in the name of services/AMC. Escalated ample number of times even to MD, but no response. I had shared screenshots of payment to LG authorised service centre but LG supported fraud and no action #shame_on_lg

Very poor service by @motorolaindia . Purchased moto razr 40, 5 months back and now audio problem occurred. @Moto_Support centre is just bouncing me back everyday since 21 Feb 2024(45 days). Never purchase @Moto they are irksome.

@Moto_Support Still no response, it seems I had purchased a Motorola phone for your service center to learn repair. if I had purchased an iPhone, they would have replaced it without a second thought.
