Other cases filed by the previous Chair were dismissed with a stroke of a pen. I would still like to believe that you have good intentions for the numerous amounts of people damaged by this frivolous suit.

Please resolve the Ripple case, and put words into action. Show that your group are not punishing innovation anymore. Show that there is no more fear and uncertainty. Show everyone that the SEC is genuinely rewriting the wrongs they did under bank cabal controlled commissioners.

Make everyone whole again.
