As a body responsible for coordinating admissions into tertiary institutions. JAMB should be focused on improving its digital services, not allowing them to decline. This has caused anxiety for candidates and graduates who depend on the portal for vital academic processes.

Since the Original Result feature was uploaded to the portal, making payments has become increasingly difficult for many users. This was not the case in previous years, and it is disappointing to see such challenges on a platform managed by an institution as important as JAMB.
