Following the success of the Lab Coat to Leadership one-day event in July and after listening to feedback, some bespoke leadership webinars have been developed.

The first of these webinars is called 'Lead with Confidence. Stay Authentic.' and will take place on the 9th October at 12 pm.

It will feature Sue Jones, Donna Torrance, and Rachel Martin and will focus on what makes an effective leader and how to discover your authentic leadership style.

In a UK-first, 77,000 blood donors have had their DNA tested to support precision-matched transfusions.

The study could transform how blood is matched and reduce risks for people needing regular transfusions, like those with sickle cell or thalassaemia.
