@djohno82@CooperativeBank If it helps I still could not log in this evening and had to delete the app and reinstall it going through the original log in process with username etc but at least it now works and I can access my accounts again. Pretty shoddy way to treat customers!
@CooperativeBank Hi - I think you will find that a lot of people were not able to access the app at any time yesterday and denial by a customer service team is the last thing we want. Plus your service status was indicating everything was fine. It’s just not good enough.
@CooperativeBank from reading the messages on here it is hard to tell if the coop bank app is working or not. Unfortunately it is not working for me and hasn’t for the best part of the day despite your service update and X account saying it is working
@shamisaip@CooperativeBank Why are the co-op bank not communicating with their customers? The app has been down for a day now and you still have hardly acknowledged it or let your customers know what is going on.
@ScotRail Yes I have checked the information. No trains till about 16:30 and the alternative bus journey is about 2 hours. Not really what you call an alternative. You provide an okay service some the time but when things go wrong they go wrong big time with no real care for customers
@ScotRail My wife has just been told that the replacement bus service has been stood down so would have to catch a bus that takes nearly 2 hours to get to Kirkcaldy - you are kidding me!!
@ThreeUK As most of your customers replying on here have said - it is not a small percentage of your customers and is Uk wide - I am in Fife. It’s been off now for hours with no information communicated about when it will be on again!! This is not good enough

@SkyHelpTeam why can’t someone post a message to let your customers know what is going on tonight? You have a nationwide outage but you haven’t provided any information. Why treat your customers with such contempt?
@SkyHelpTeam No that’s fine for the moment - it’s just that we have some issues with wireless in our home. Although the boost helps it does drop out quite a bit
