sigh... you appear to not understand that is what the comment says... It is too much. It took me six months to obtain my PIA license in California. It typically takes 2 weeks, and most places, like Texas, it can be done in less than 48 hours... The reference is for the need, not the overkill.

Not a fan of more government anything, simply pointing out that there are legitimate issues that must be addressed. Right now we have warm bodies shuffling paperwork... not knowledgeable people who know and understand what they are doing, and what the impacts are, not only for today, but tomorrow as well. Think of all the tall buildings with nothing but computers and humans. They produce nothing. They bring nothing of value to the world. Quite the opposite, they are there to "fleece" small portions of transactions that pass through them. They exist for no other reason. Folks who buy $1500 hammers to deplete their annual "budget", with the common stated goal of "use it or lose it." Fiscal Responsibility, they never heard of her.

Those are older homes, that were original built without modern a/c's. They had evaporative or "swamp" coolers instead. As the times changed, they installed what you see there, which is a "Package Unit" or all in one. The issue is that there is no space to go back and run ducts with a plenum and air handler, so they do this instead.

@ATVIAssist and @Activision your support for the games we spend tons of money on... is non existent. cod bo7 endgame DEV ERROR 0x26FEC466 on operators on PC. Since the S03 reloaded was released, I have not been able to access my operators, change them, or do anything with any of the content. I have no goods/camos that did not come from the game, and there is no reason it should not be working. I have uninstalled, wiped files 3 times. Endgame is virtually unplayable, and has been since the release.
