Thank you for this recognition of children’s homes. Too often we see negativity on social media. Mostly from people who have no real knowledge and understanding of the sector. So good to see these providers (LA & independent) and their care teams getting the praise they deserve.
@vickyford@fosteringnet@theNAPF Thank you, children's home staff have been working tirelessly to deliver the most exemplary services and rightly deserve recognition.
I confirm that ICHA is a member of the Task & Finish group. From before I took up post we have campaigned for regulation of the unregulated and the cessation of using unregistered.
Not much time left to contribute to this very important call for evidence. If you care about children's homes then please demonstrate your care by responding https://t.co/6b1CWFoJWU
In this week's blog, former #ADCS President @amichalska_ncc talks about suicide prevention among young people after chairing a fascinating workshop at this year's annual conference... https://t.co/9KEI73kvgT
https://t.co/6b1CWFoJWU please do respond to this survey. If you care about the quality of children’s care then I suggest you have a responsibility to do so. Its open to pretty much anyone. If you don’t take part you can’t criticise the outcome #DfE#ICHA#ECLCM@ResCareTo21
There has been much debate about unregulated accommodation for children. Children and Young People Now @cypnow have organised a poll do that public opinion can be gathered. If you wish to express an opinion here it is https://t.co/nATJ42Gasx
