The article examines how circular and cross shareholding arrangements obscure true corporate ownership, undermine governance, and enable financial manipulation. I explore the regulatory framework — particularly Sections 19 & 67 of the Companies Act — and advocate for enhanced enforcement to ensure transparency, protect stakeholders, and strengthen India's corporate integrity in an evolving global landscape.

What makes this publication special is how it bridges the analytical rigor of corporate law with the human experiences and creative spirit of those who serve in this field. From examining complex regulatory frameworks to sharing artistic perspectives, it reflects the multifaceted nature of our service.
