ACAN Provost, Professor Sheriff Ghali Ibrahim, meets TETFund's Executive Secretary, Arc. Sonny S. T. Echono, to strengthen partnership in fighting corruption in the tertiary education system through research, conferences and capacity building programmes.
Professor Sheriff Ghali Ibrahim assumes duty as the new Provost of the Anti-Corruption Academy of Nigeria, ACAN. Until this appointment, he was, Director, Centre for Contemporary China-Africa Research in Nigeria and Head of International Center, University of Abuja.
ACAN Certifies 62 as Corruption Investigators, having concluded it's Certificate Course in Corruption Investigation, which held from 11 - 22 September, 2023 at the Academy in keffi. Participants comprised of members of ACTU, Compliance Officers and Officers in similar roles.
ACAN play host to Officers in-charge of Procurement, Project Management, Physical Planning, Works/Maintenance, Project Monitoring and Compliance in MDAs, in a 3-day workshop, to brainstorm on ways for Achieving Project Objectives with Transparency and Accountability.
ACAN play host to Management Staff of the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board, NCDMB, in a capacity building engagement titled: ANTI-CORRUPTION REQUIREMENTS AND BEST PRACTICES IN PUBLIC PROCUREMENT. The programme held from 29-30 August 2023 at Fraser Suites in Abuja

The Permanent Secretary, Ecological Project Office, Mal. Shehu Ibrahim, and his team were at the Anti-corruption Academy of Nigeria, earlier today, on a working visit. The visit was to inspect ongoing projects at ACAN
and to determine possible need for further intervention.
