@drphilhammond Both historically and culturally doctors will stop at nothing to protect themselves and each other. Lucy was a pawn in this, and now senior management. Their next move will be to lay blame at NHS/politics before they consider turning on junior medics and each other.

@Keirwales I don’t know about resignation. Within the crisis pathway I work in it doesn’t feel as passive as resignation as there is an element of anger and relational pushing. There is definitely an increase in people actively seeking the diagnosis by name.
