With more than twenty-five years of global experience across secure identity, smart card manufacturing and eGovernment systems, Charles has held senior leadership roles at IN Groupe, SURYS and Gemalto, leading complex secure operations, driving sustained growth, and delivering major national identity programmes.

As CEO, he will oversee our secure card and document manufacturing operations, strengthen global certifications and production standards, and further position ICPS as Africa’s leading secure manufacturing facility.

His appointment reflects our continued commitment to operational excellence, innovation and global leadership in identity and security solutions.
