"Georgia went from a solid red state to having two Democratic Senators who both won by suspiciously tight margins."
Indeed. Why did that happen?
Ossoff and Warnock got an assist in the Georgia runoff by Donald Trump's suppression of the Republican vote. Because he LOST the state in November, he began his "RIGGING" claim and actively DISCOURAGED Republican turnout in the January 5 runoff (seriously, Georgia? Why so late?). But, because Donald Trump can't ever take any responsibility for his own actions, he is declaring Ossoff and Warnock illegitimate due to a reduced turnout he himself caused.
Sen Blackburn complains that during the Biden admin, she couldn't subpoena Epstein files.
The difference? DOJ was involved in ongoing prosecution/appeals of Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell & the records could not be released until her appeal was finalized.
It's disingenuous, at best.
@LaurieMomsaro@thedailybeast First off, those airports weren’t named/renamed while those men were sitting presidents. 2nd, neither obtained merchandising rights to profit from the renaming.
The President does not have constitutional authority to declare a federal election invalid.
The U.S. Constitution assigns the administration of elections primarily to the states. Article I, Section 4 (the Elections Clause) provides that the "Times, Places and Manner" of congressional elections are prescribed by the state legislatures, subject to Congress's authority to alter those regulations.
The Constitution grants the President no authority to administer, cancel, delay, invalidate, or overturn elections. Congress establishes the date for choosing presidential electors and the date on which they cast their votes, while states conduct elections under their own laws. Election disputes are resolved through state election procedures and the courts, with Congress playing a limited constitutional role in counting electoral votes pursuant to the Twelfth Amendment and the procedures established by federal law.
Accordingly, any attempt by a President to unilaterally invalidate an election or override state election laws would have no constitutional basis and would be subject to judicial review.

A reminder on the evolution of 2020 "stolen election" theories: First we had mail-in fraud + Dominion + "illegal law changes" (Nov–Dec 2020) then → Georgia election workers + foreign interference/Italygate (Dec 2020–Jan 2021, concurrent) then → 2,000 Mules (ballot stuffers) (2022) then → social-media-censorship revival via Twitter Files (Dec 2022) then → renewed foreign-interference claims (2024–present).
Through all this, we've had:
1. Dominion getting $787 million from Fox News for defamation
2. Rudy Giuliani admitting he lied about Georgia election workers (and the jury awarding the workers $148 million)
3. Sidney Powell admitting in court "no reasonable person would conclude" her claims of election fraud “were truly statements of fact"
4. The Gateway Pundit retracting claims of election fraud in Atlanta
5. The Media company that put out D'Souza's 2,000 Mules film apologizing and removing it after law enforcement proved it falsely accused people of fraud
6. Newsmax and One America News Network (OANN) settling with Smartmatic
It is NOT true that none of these allegations have seen a court room. Most have. Of the 64 cases of fraud that Trump and his legal team filed in court, 30 were dismissed that included a hearing on the merits, 14 were voluntarily dismissed by Trump and his allies before a hearing, and just 20 were dismissed for lack of standing before a hearing on the merits. One case, involving far too few votes to impact the election, prevailed in Pennsylvania. That case was about voter ID deadlines, not election fraud.
Those are the facts.
Whatever happens Thursday night, please try to remember them.
Trump plans prime-time speech on 2020 election allegations — He’s trying to discredit election to justify the elimination of such https://t.co/rbPFeagNIr
In 2020, Trump manufactured the Big Lie, but he could never find the actual "thief" who stole the election.
So this Thursday, he's going to invent one.
Get ready for the "Bigger Lie" (which will make him look even more desperate than before).

@MrClean00007@RepLuna@Godsgirl_1972 Blah blah blah. As if they suddenly found overwhelming evidence of foreign interference from files they’ve had for years. Hilarious. It’s nothing more than his pretext for declaring an emergency & taking over the election or not having it. He knows the blue wave is coming.
@Irishclone3371@TheMaineWonk The murdered man was not here illegally. He had a legal work permit. In case you don’t understand what that means, it means that he was permitted, by law, to live and work in the U.S., genius.
Remember this MAGA...along with now FACTUAL proof that Russian Spy Alexander Smirnov pleaded guilty to sharing Russian/Kremlin-sourced Lies about the Biden's and Ukraine. He shared the propaganda with:
-The Trump FBI
-The entire GOP
-The Right Wing media empire
-The White House.
🚨BREAKING: The drained Reflecting Pool did not reveal any slices. Instead, tire marks were visible, obvious damage from Trump’s vanity drive in a fleet of 10-ton vehicles for no reason at all. He ruined his own project, then lied and blamed the citizens who paid for it.
Last year some regrettable cost cutting decisions were made about foodborne pathogen testing, ending 28 years of screening for cyclosporiasis and quickly catching and quenching several outbreaks. Now we still have no idea what the source of this outbreak is. This is the price!!!
@manthie_me64512@ChaseForLiberty There’s no proof. You believe that after more than 5 years later, after multiple recounts, verifications and audits, multiple court cases where no proof or evidence was presented, that suddenly, in a few weeks time, proof was suddenly “discovered” in files they already had? 😂😂
1. This would be an insane power grab and a true sign of Trump's desperation. I think this is just the wishlist of some maga idiot.
2. Speaking of MAGA idiots (who are also closet cases) we have Benny Johnson.
I ran against Warnock. He won his election fair and square.
