It’s a Friday afternoon, so that = court orders. #ImmigrationFriday. The 5th Circuit has ordered fast briefing on the new #DACA reg & related issues due 9/1. That means no ruling from the 5th circuit on the legality of DACA before 9/1 but it could come quickly after.
