Today your child started borrowing books from the Kindergarten library. Please read the Library letter explaining how we lend out books. Please note: Books should returned each Thursday unless there is no school on Friday Enjoy reading with your child!

The HK EdB has announced schools will resume as normal tomorrow. ICS will operate as normal 19 Sep 2018 with regular hours. Although classes will resume as planned, your safety is our top priority. If conditions do not allow for a safe commute, please contact your school office.

Our R1 students (and @ICS_HOS 😁) had a great time learning about gross motor skills (tearing, ripping, pulling, etc) along with learning social skills this week in an activity all about tearing and ripping paper.

At 10am today, the @ObservatoryHK announced it will be hoisting a Typhoon Signal 3 alert between 11am-1pm. As a result, the HK Education Bureau has announced ALL AFTERNOON KINDERGARTEN CLASSES HAVE BEEN CANCELLED. All other grades WILL OPERATE UNLESS A T8 IS HOISTED LATER

After an unexpected one-day-longer summer holiday thanks to a typhoon, today has been a very smooth first day of school for our #icshk kindergarten students. It’s going to be great year!
