EastNet Customers: We are currently investigating an issue which is stopping us and any 3rd parties (via Cloud Portal) from applying filtering configuration updates to schools filtering settings. This is under investigation and a further update will be provided later today.
Following today's electrical works, the majority of services have now been restored including schools Internet access. Central Hosting services will require further work to fully restore over the weekend.
Central Hosting Customers: We have seen a recurrence of yesterdays issue with logging in to Central Hosting. We have implemented the work around solution for the moment while we continue investigating. We apologize for this disruption and will update again later today.
